How to enter

It only takes three simple steps:

  1. Shop and spend $80 or more in one day at Lansell Square. You can combine receipts from any stores in the centre to reach the total.

  3. Enter online by scanning the QR code on our in-centre posters, or drop your receipt(s) in an entry envelope at the entry box at T143, near the middle entrance.

You can enter once per person, per day, so the more you shop, the more chances you have to win.

A few things to know

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
  • Online and delivery-app purchases (like UberEats or DoorDash) don’t count towards your Qualifying Purchase. It needs to be an in-person purchase at Lansell Square.

Promoter: Landton Group Pty Ltd (ABN 86 694 937 703) trading as Lansell Square, of 267 High Street, Kangaroo Flat, Victoria 3585.

Promotion Period: 9am (AEST) on 03/08/2026 to 3pm (AEST) on 23/08/2026.

Who can enter? Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.

Who can’t enter? Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and of the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this promotion, including Spacely Management Pty Ltd and retailers operating at Lansell Square Shopping Centre. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Where will the promotion run? The promotion will run at Lansell Square Shopping Centre, located at 267 High Street, Kangaroo Flat Victoria 3585, during the Promotion Period.

Qualifying Purchase: Spend $80 or more, in a single day (in person), at one or more retailers in Lansell Square Shopping Centre. For clarity: receipts from various retailers can be combined to meet the $80 Qualifying Purchase spend, and online purchases from retailers located in Lansell Square Shopping Centre (including using third party delivery services such as UberEats, DoorDash etc), are excluded.

Entry instructions: There are two ways to enter this Promotion. To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period, either:

Entry Method 1, In Centre Entry Make a Qualifying Purchase and collect your same day itemised purchase receipt(s); visit either the Lansell Square Shopping or T143 (located on the right-hand side as you enter through the middle entrance of the centre) and collect a Lansell Square entry envelope; on the entry envelope write your first and last name and a current contact phone number clearly on the outside of the entry envelope; place your same-day itemised purchase receipt(s) into the completed entry envelope and seal the envelope; and then place the completed, sealed entry envelope into the official entry box at T143, Lansell Square before the end of the Promotion Period.

Entry Method 2, Online Entry Make a Qualifying Purchase and collect your same day itemised purchase receipt(s); scan the QR code located on promotional materials on the Lansell Square Shopping Centre website, Facebook or Instagram page, locate the entry page, and then fill out and submit the online entry form (including your first and last name, email address and current contact phone number) including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt(s); confirm you have made the Qualifying Purchase in person at Lansell Square Shopping Centre by ticking the check box; and agree to these terms and conditions and opt-in to receive marketing materials from the Promoter and providing all other requested information.

At the end of the Promotion Period, all entries (In Centre entries and Online entries) will be forwarded to the draw location and will be combined for the draw.

Your purchase receipts must clearly identify the retailer where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the total amount spent (which must be, or with other enclosed purchase receipts comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotion Period before you submitted your entry, and which for multiple receipts must all bear the same date).

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device or desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen? There will be 14 winners determined in respect of this promotion: 13 minor prize winners and 1 major prize winner. There will be 1 draw conducted. The draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) on [date] at Lansell Square Centre Management Office, 267 High Street, Kangaroo Flat VIC 3585. The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Promotion Period will win the major prize. The next 13 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a minor prize, awarded in descending order of value. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry or entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

What can I win? There are 14 prizes available: 13 minor prize winners and 1 major prize winner, as follows:

  • Major prize: a $300 Visa Gift Card.
  • Minor prizes: the first 3 minor prizes are $200 Visa Gift Cards, and the following 10 minor prizes are $100 Visa Gift Cards.

Total prize pool: The overall minor prize pool is valued at $1,600. The major prize pool is valued at $300. The overall total prize pool is valued at $1,900.

How many times can I enter? You can enter multiple times during the Promotion Period, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and once per day. For clarity: you may submit a maximum of 1 entry per day during the Promotion Period (regardless of the number of transactions made, the total amount spent, or whether the entry is submitted in-centre or online); your entries are identified by your name and phone number provided on the entry form; and if the Promoter identifies more than one entry from you for the same day, including a combination of one in-centre and one online entry, only the first valid entry received for that day will be valid and any additional entries for that day will not be accepted. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How and when will the winner(s) be informed? Winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination.

Proof of purchase: If you enter via Entry Method 2, Online Entry, you must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries. If you don’t produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. If, in the Promoter’s opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize. Receipts must not be tampered with, manipulated, altered or generated in any way. If the Promoter reasonably suspects, based on the information available, that a receipt may have been tampered with, altered, manipulated or generated, you will be asked for further information to allow the Promoter to validate your receipt. If the information you provide does not establish the validity of your receipt (to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction) or you fail to provide such information in the timeframe reasonably requested, the Promoter may invalidate your entry/ies or cancel your prize. For clarity, if you have entered via Entry Method 1, In Centre Entry, you will have submitted your original proof of purchase to the Promoter. However, you must ensure that you seal the envelope before you place it into the official entry box. If your envelope is not properly sealed and your proof of purchase falls out of the envelope, then your entry will be invalid.

Unclaimed prize(s): Prize claim date: by 5pm (AEST) on [date]. Unclaimed prize determination: 12pm (AEST) on [date] at the same location as the original draw. If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above, or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can’t contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will either re-award the relevant prize(s) to Reserve Entrant(s) and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize(s) in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize. Any such winners will be informed by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination.

Collection and use of your personal information: If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity. The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through the Promoter’s agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the promotion and the award of any prize. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to the Promoter’s related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with you or storing data. If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging, provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications, and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this promotion. Entry

Your entry must be received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. Where relevant, entry forms from any other promotion cannot be used for this promotion, and are void if copied, forged, stolen or interfered with. Where relevant, submitted entry forms are the Promoter’s property. If you return a Qualifying Purchase, your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion (unless the product is defective). You will receive a return message confirming your entry. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers, email addresses, addresses or aliases, you may be disqualified.

Prizes

Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered, and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize(s) are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant, validity periods. You are responsible for all other unspecified costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc. The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.

General

Any material failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).

You must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.

If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially, your entry (or at the Promoter’s discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment) to award you your prize. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

You must not: tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process); engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion; act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner; do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion; breach any law; or behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

If you, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion(s)) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.

The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.

If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this promotion is final.

Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state or territory gaming authorities.

By entering, you request that your full address not be published.

If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the promotion or disqualify affected entries or entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state or territory gaming authorities.

The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability

You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this promotion and cannot be excluded or restricted. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights. See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.

Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).

Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize(s), or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize(s) (where relevant), due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Unless otherwise specified, prize(s) will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
