Can you tell us a little about your journey and how you joined Factorie?

“I’ve been at Factorie for just three weeks, but I’ve worked in retail in Bendigo for over 10 years. I love fashion and being part of a team that’s all about helping people express themselves through style. The customers are lovely, and the other shop staff are super friendly—it’s a great vibe!”

What’s popular in-store right now?

“Our Raiders merchandise and baggy trackpants are definitely the top picks at the moment. They’re comfy, cool, and perfect for everyday wear.”

What makes Factorie unique?

“We offer fashion aimed at 16 – 22 year olds—streetwear that’s both stylish and comfortable. It’s all about helping people feel confident in what they wear.”

What do you love most about your job?

“The best part is the people I get to work with—and the great clothing discount doesn’t hurt either!”

Any hobbies or interests outside of work?

“I love spending time with my daughter and my labrador. They keep me grounded and happy.”

Do you have regular customers you know by name?

“Yes! I’ve built great relationships over the years working in Bendigo, and I love chatting with regulars who pop in for their favourite pieces.”

Funniest customer moment?

“Some requests are pretty quirky—like asking for specific colours or styles in our streetwear range. We always do our best to help!”

Why is Lansell Square a great place to shop?

“The all-day parking is a huge plus! It makes shopping here easy and stress-free.”

Favourite time of year?

“Christmas time! I love the buzz, the busy atmosphere, and of course, making lots of sales. It’s a fun and festive time to be in retail.”
