At Lansell Square, we’re proud to showcase the incredible people behind our local businesses.  Kaitlin, a talented hair stylist at our newest full-service salon Edge and Embrace is a shining example of what makes our centre so special.  With over 18 months here at the centre, Kaitlin has become a familiar face to many, known for her warm personality, dedication to her craft, and love for the community.

Can you tell us a little about Edge and Embrace?

We’re a full-service salon offering everything from cuts and colours to treatments and barbering. What sets us apart is our use of Keune colour—a vegan-friendly, high-quality formula designed to nourish and protect hair while delivering vibrant results.

 What’s your most popular service at the moment?

Right now, it’s a tie between our half-head of foils and the head spa package—both are customer favourites!

How long have you worked at Lansell Square, and what do you enjoy most?

Kaitlin has been part of the Lansell Square community for just over a year and a half, and she loves the supportive atmosphere among retailers.

 What’s the best part of your job?

Working with such a supportive team who always have each other’s backs, no matter the challenge.  I love seeing all my clients leave with a smile on their faces. 

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work Kaitlin is all about family and friends.

 Do you have local customers you know by name?

Absolutely! The team has built strong relationships with many regulars and always enjoys having a chat with them.

Funniest customer moment?

“A group of friends once came in asking if we could bleach the Macca’s logo into their shaved heads!”
